1. Service and account

SMB-Interactive provides time-limited digital licenses for an interactive gaming service, including access to license-protected software, a customer dashboard and related game generation features. You need an account to buy and manage a license.

2. Delivery and license duration

After Stripe confirms a one-time payment, a license is created and shown in your account. The license duration currently begins at its first successful activation in the application. Access is disabled when the recorded expiry time is reached. A license that has not been activated does not yet have an expiry timestamp under the current system.

3. Payment and renewal

Checkout is processed by Stripe. Each checkout is a one-time payment; the site does not automatically charge you again or automatically renew a license. To continue after expiry, sign in and purchase another available plan.

4. License use

Use the license with the account and application for which it was issued. Do not share, resell, or attempt to bypass license activation or access controls.

5. Email notices

Renewal reminders are optional. If enabled, the site may email reminders around 7 and 3 days before an active license expiry. You can switch them off in your profile. Account confirmation, security and password reset messages are separate and may still be sent when needed.

6. Digital delivery and consumer rights

The license is delivered digitally after successful payment. This description does not remove any cancellation, withdrawal, conformity or other rights that apply under mandatory law. If you have a payment, access or service issue, contact support so it can be reviewed.
